1. Factory Reset

If there is any software issue or you have changed some settings that are stopping your Sonos Move from charging, a factory reset will help in this situation.

2. Clear Charging Port

Another possible reason your Sonos Move is not charging is that dust may be in your speaker’s charging port. Check the charging port; if there is any dust, remove it carefully without damaging it.

After removing the dirt, connect the charger to the charging port and see if your speaker is charging. If your Sonos Move is still not charging, move to the next step.

3. Replace charger

5. Replace Circuit Board

If your Sonos Move has internal circuit damage, it won’t charge. This issue can occur if your speaker is damaged by water or if you have dropped it from a height. You can’t fix it at home because it needs a higher level of technical knowledge. So, the recommended way to fix it is to contact Sonos support.

6. LED not Working

Sometimes, the LED that lights up when connected to the charger is fused, which might be a problem. It’s possible that your Sonos Move is charging, but the LED indicator is not working.

Try connecting the charger and let it connected for one hour. After one hour, remove the charger. If your Sonos Move is charged, your charging indicator is not working. However, it seems only in some rare cases.
